Karen Bosilovich MPT, ATC, COMT
Karen is a 1996 alumna of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she graduated Summa cum Laude, with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. In 1998 Karen earned her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. During her training at the University of Pittsburgh she completed specialized training in the treatment of Vestibular Disorders. In 2011 she became certified in the treatment of Trigger Point Dry Needling. In 2015 she earned her certificate in manual therapy from Ola Grimsby Institute.
Karen has complimented her clinical expertise with ongoing courses and seminars totaling over 1,000 hours in sports medicine, applied techniques in manual therapy including The Graston Technique®, vestibular rehabilitation, and treatment of cervical and lumbar spine. In addition, she has logged over 1,000 hours shadowing various Orthopedic Surgeons.

In her spare time, Karen is avid in exercise training, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors on the water/beach.

Bobbie Lonsdale PT, DPT

Bobbie Lonsdale PT, DPT
Bobbie Lonsdale grew up in Hernando County. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences with a minor in Biomedical Physics. She later graduated from USF’s College of Medicine School of Physical Therapy with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
Bobbie has worked in a wide variety of settings across the spectrum of care from Acute care, sub-acute care, home health, and outpatient physical therapy treating a wide range of physical limitations. She is certified in Vestibular Rehab from the American Institute of Balance. She has completed many hours of ongoing courses to further her clinical knowledge in topics including post-COVID complications, dementia, balance disorders, post-joint replacement protocols, and treatment of the lumbar spine. Her biggest areas of interest include vestibular rehab, balance training, and low back and lower extremity disorders.
Bobbie spends all of her spare time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy spending their time together boating, swimming, and biking as a family.

Clinic ManagerRandy earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University. Prior to this, he received his Bachelor of Health Science degree from the University of Florida.
Randy takes special interest in helping many types of athletes including runners, triathletes, weight-lifters, and weekend warriors.
In his free time, Randy enjoys running, biking, swimming, hiking, camping, and attending live sporting events.
